I'll Be MIA For A Little Bit!

Hi Guys,

I hope your all well and had a great week!

Just a personal post that I would like to share with you about why I'll be missing from the land of blogging for a week or two lol!

4 years ago I had a Kidney Transplant and the Kidney was donated to me by my brother and in October last year I fell ill and it resulted in the Kidney rejecting and had to have treatment to try and save it.

We thought we were winning the fight but my levels never came back to 'normal' again so I have been officially told that I'm in Renal Failure and have to re commence Dialysis ASAP as I'm  not doing to well.

On Tuesday I had to be admitted to hospital to have an access made in my arm called a av Fistula where the surgeon takes a vain and an artery and joins them together so the access can take the needles they use for Dialysis. 

I have an av Fistula in my left lower arm but it's now blocked and couldn't be fix so I had a brand spankin' new one in my right upper arm from my armpit to my elbow and it's really freaky as when you touch it you can fell it 'buzzing' know as the 'thrill' which is the blood rushing through the Fistula and you can even hear it when it's quite, I can't remember hearing this sound with my first Fistula lol!

Here's a pic of my arm with the dressings still on and some swelling and bruising.  I'm not quite ready to see what it looks like under the dressings, I'm dreading it to be honest lol!

As I'm in a little bit(o.k. lots)of pain, I'm unable to 'create' at the moment and I can't bend my elbow, I even have to get hubby to do my hair and face, not a pretty site I can tell you roflol!

I Couldn't Believe My Eyes...

Hi Guys,

WOW, I had to rush to my local supermarket to pick up some bread today and to my shock there sitting on the shelves for sale were Hot Cross Buns..'What The...' lol! They looked sooooooooooo good!!!
No, I didn't buy any but I was tempted lol, oh well back to eating leftovers from Christmas roflol!

I just had to share lol!

Bloomin' With Love

Hope your weekend was a great one!
Just a quick post to share with you a card I made today using AnnaBelle Stamps, 'Floral Stems' Stamp Set and I cased the design from THIS CARD but changed a few things to make it mine lol!

So here's my card



I stamped the flower onto Pretty In Pink card stock and cut out my flowers and arranged them in a heart shape(I tried to but it looks like more of a V shape lol)and placed some pearls in the centre of the flowers.

It was a really easy card to make, just a little hard trying to make the floral heart shape lol!

Now for something completely strange, silly, even stupid lol(non craft related ravings lol)
Do you believe in fate or do you believe the Universe is trying to tell you something? Well while blog surfing and leaving comments I had to type in the word verification and the words I had to type made the hair on the back of my neck stick up.
The three words I had to type, one after the other were...

Grave
Coffin
Creepy hey roflol! Gee I hope this means nothing, I don't normally believe in things like this but after having a death in the family, seeing a funeral parade, living with a ghost and my funeral fund needs to be renewed, is someone trying to tell me something roflol I think I'm watching too many horror movies, but I think it's so bizarre lol!

I Could Not Believe My Eyes..
