What a Awesome challenge! So here's my card:

My card is simple and I tried to make my background the highlight by using my favourite technique...Heat Embossing lol!
Supplies Used:
AnnaBelle Stamps: 'Background By Designs-Numbers' and 'Fanciful Flowers' Stamp Sets, Hi Gloss Clear Embossing Powder, Black Paper Twisted Cord, 3mm Licorice Sprinkles
Other: Black and White Cardstock, Black and Versamark Ink, Scallop Border Punch, Heat Gun
