AnnaBelle Stamps New Release Blog Hop ~ Day 2

Welcome to day 2 of AnnaBelle Stamps New Release for December and a very BIG thank you for stopping by on day 1 and for all your lovely comments!

So let me introduce you to...'Backgrounds By Design 2' and what another fun Background/Border Stamp Set this one is!



So here's my card using 'Backgrounds By Designs 2'



I used the lovely 'Swirly Circle' Border Stamp and stamped the image in Versamark Ink onto my Pink Card Stock and I used a paper distresser and distressed all the edges around my card stock layers then lightly sponged around the edges using some Brown ink.

I used one of the sentiments from the lovely 'Ballerina Rose' stamp set and stamped the sentiment in some Brown ink onto my White circle and placed this onto my scallop Brown circle and adhered it onto my 'Stamped' Background and place a Brown Flower from the Browns Petal Kit and a Pink Flower from the Pinks Petal Kit and placed a White pearl in the flower centre from the Large White Pearl Mix.

On the bottom of my card I used some Wide Chocolate Grosgrain Ribbon and placed some Pink Grosgrain Ribbon around the Chocolate Ribbon and tied into a knot.

To finish of my card I used a mixture of Small and Large White Pearls Mix from AnnaBelle Stamps, this is not my usual style of card but I was quite happy with how it turned out and had fun distressing and getting my fingers all inky lol!
