Hi Guys,
Hope your week has started off well!
Just a post to share with you my card for two challenges,
The first challenge is Just Add Ink's Colour Challenge
and Andrea's Simply Saturday Sketch Challenge
So here's my two in one challenge card lol
It's been a long time since I used these bright colours, but I do love this colour combo.
With Andrea's sketch you had to include some stitching or faux stitching as sewing machines and Kylie don't mix(a long story involving me as a 1st year high school student, Home EC, a sewing machine, a Dr's Surgery and my fear of sewing machines, even to this very day lol), I went for the faux stitching lol!

ReplyDeleteThis is so cute! That sewing story sounds very interesting!
ReplyDeleteLOL Kylie, there were many girls in my sewing class that would've had exactly the same story :) I love your card, you are so very clever, and I love your faux stitching! Thanks for playing along with the sketch.

Hi Kylie! Love it lots!
ReplyDeleteThis is so sweet. You've done a great job combining the sketch and the colour challenge. The result is gorgeous.

ReplyDeletePretty card Kylie.
ReplyDeleteSo cute! I'm intrigued by your sewing story! I remember having to sew buttons onto paper in my Home Ec class... maybe they didn't want to waste material on us?? lol
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I love the faux stitching, it really completes the overall look. Thanks for playing!
Ooh this is so pretty Kylie!! Love your style.
ReplyDeleteLovely as usual Kylie!! Great job!
