A Card For Him

Hi Friends(that sounds sounds better then guys lol),

Hope your weekend was a good one and you had time to find a few hours to be creative and if you live in my part of the world to keep warm lol!

I really find it hard to make a Male's card, so hard that when It's my Brother's Birthdays I go and buy them a store brought card(I know SHAMEFUL lol)so I thought I'll set myself a challenge over the weekend to sit down and make a Birthday card for a man and not let my mind wonder to my pretty floral stamp sets, glitter and Pink card stock lol!

So this is the card I came up with

and here's a pic of inside of the card

All products Used By Stampin' Up!
~Seaside Stamp Set
~Chocolate Chip and Naturals Ivory Card Stock
~Chocolate Chip Ink
~Chocolate Chip Grosgrain Ribbon
~Hemp Twine
~Antique Brass Brads
~Square and Oval Punches
~Dimensionals

I was pretty happy how my card turned out and I loved using Naturals Ivory card stock and I'll have to remember to use it more lol!

Thanks so much for stopping by, see ya later on in the week, till then, Take Care
~Kylie~

  3. Wow! That is a great card, love it! Very tricky to come up with male cards huh? I think you have some a great job to stay away from all things floral and sparkly :)
